These terms apply when you use personalized-song-gift.com (the "Service") to create, preview, buy or share songs. By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service does
You tell us about a person and an occasion. The Service uses AI to write and sing an original song from what you write. You can listen to a free preview and pay to unlock the full song.
Your account
You can create songs without signing up; your browser is given an account so you can come back to your songs. If you add an email or sign in, you can reach your songs from other devices. You are responsible for activity on your account.
What you can write
Don't submit anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate a real artist or ask for a copy of an existing song. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
The details you share about other people should be things you are comfortable having written into a song for them.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase; we never see your full card number. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. A purchase grants song unlocks on your account; one unlock opens one song (both versions). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your song
Once you unlock a song, you may use it for personal purposes: play it, share it, give it as a gift, use it at an event, and post it on your personal social media accounts. You may not sell the song, register it with a music distributor or content-ID service, or present it as the work of a real artist.
Songs are generated by AI. Two people with similar requests may get songs that sound alike, and we cannot guarantee that a generated song is free of resemblance to existing music.
Gift pages
When you unlock a song, we create a gift page with a private link. Anyone with the link can play the song and see the recipient's name and lyrics. Share it only with people you want to hear it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. We may change features or these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
