This policy explains what personalized-song-gift.com collects when you make or buy a song, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you write for the song: names, the occasion, your story and the details you add. We need it to make the song, and we keep it so you can see the song again.
- Your email, if you give it in the form, at sign-in, or at checkout, so you can get back to your songs.
- Payment information is collected by Dodo Payments. We receive the payment status, the amount and the email you used, never your full card number.
- Basic technical data: a hashed version of your IP address (used to limit free previews), your browser's session cookie, and privacy-friendly analytics about which pages are visited.
How we use it
To write and deliver your song, to run checkout and unlock what you paid for, to stop abuse of free previews, to answer support requests, and to understand which pages help people.
Who else processes it
- An AI music provider that generates the song from the text of your request.
- Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores song files.
- Our self-hosted analytics.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Gift pages
A gift page shows the recipient's name, the sender name you entered, the lyrics and the song to anyone who has its link. It is not listed publicly or in search engines.
How long we keep it
Songs and their requests stay in your account until you delete the account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and songs, or for a copy of your data, by emailing support@personalized-song-gift.com. Deleting a song also disables its gift page.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, though you can make a song for a child.
Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
